After counting the days, my confinement period will end on 31st December 2011. Which means, I can celebrate my 'freedom' on 1st January 2012! The same date as SAPPHIRE & ECC6 go-live! hahaha.. historical lah sgt kan.. :PpP
Confinement may as well be called 'Boredom-ment',,hehehe..oh, i luv the resting, loitering around doing nothing, reading, surfing the web, blogging, watching countless tv shows and online videos BUT it does get boring over time. I'm a physical person. I like to move around.
I asked hubby whether I can join him cycling later on..he says Ok but I need to get over this confinement period first! huhu..
My mom is very strict on all this berpantang-pantang thing. (Good Luck, sisters!). This time around i dah x melawan sgt..hehe..ader jugak tu disobey skit especially part kena pakai baju lengan pjg..aiseh! panas giler kot walaupun musim hujan..i'm practically sweating all the time. tu without long sleeves tu..kalau pakai long sleeves agaknyer dah berasap dah..hehe.. tp this around pun mak dah x bising2 sgt mcm dulu. either becos i x melawan, atau dia dah malas nak ckp anak dia degil sgt takmo dgr..:ppPPpp
oklah..so to kill my boredom-ness, i did some cooking. haaaaaaaa...ini pun menerima bantahan hebat daripada mak. mak ckp berpantang x bole masak2. i disagree with her. tp in a not so obvious way..hhehe..sbb selalunyer i preapre the ingredients while she's asleep. so bila dia turun bawah, tgk i dah nak start menumis. kekeke. at this point she either take over, atau i will manage to pujuk dia to let me finish my cooking. ceh, bunyik mcm dah masak byk kali je padahal baru 2 kali. so dah sekali berjaya masak sampai habis, and the first time tu i preapred everything, mak just masukkan dlm periuk.. :)
so what were the dishes?
Day 1: Mee Bandung
Day 2: Mee Hailam
Piccas takderlah. Resipi i took from our 'Aneka Mee' punyer resipi book. Copy sebijik ingredients dia tp amount alter skit to suit the no of ppl yg nak mkn.
Today is Day 3.
Hari ni masak lauk simple je utk dimkn dgn nasik. Dah 2 hari mkn mee kan. Plannyer today nak masak Bendi Goreng Telur and Ayam Goreng Sos Tiram. nanti bley mkn dgn nasik n kicap. Ayam dah perap tadi. Simple je, sos tiram, lada hitam, kunyit and garam sikit. Bendi Goreng pakai resipi kt sini and sini.
Challenge masak bendi ni is lendir dia tu. Antara petua supaya tak berlendir 1. jgn masukkan air masa goreng 2. letak asam keping dlm gorengan tu. Nanti saya cuba. hopefully menjadilah.
Semua yg masak tu i cannot eat pun sekarang ni..so org lainlah yg mkn. yg penting semua dpt merasa...and oso bg mak rest skit cos sian dia kena masak lauk pantang saya lagi..huhu. oh, sbb prinsip saye masuk kitchen before magrib, so the past 2 days, semua org mkn dinner awal. bagus. semoga pasni bole kekalkan begitu yer hendaknyer. tak bagus mkn mlm2 sgt :)

my mother bukan orang yang strict sangat mase pantang.. reason being dia pun keje lagi..
